» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « After a long, heated day on the college chat room. Olivia was relieved to hear the sound of her text messages as Jake text her the address to his house. She could never turn down a good smoke session, especially after dealing with the likes of Farren Taylor. God that girl didn't sit right with her, especially the way she had Blaine wrapped around her finger. Shaking her head as she exhaled a deep breath, she decided to let it all go. Let Blaine do what he wanted and hope for the best. As she put his address into her google maps app, she realized it wasn't that far away from the dorms at all, so she decided to walk.
Leaving her dorm and exiting the dormitory, she took a deep breath and closed her eyes, officially feeling calm as she began walking down the street in the direction google had told her to go to get to the apartment complex. Hearing the tapping of her black vans against the concrete made her realize how dead the normally busy street was. Hmph, weird, she thought as she pulled out her phone and began texting Blaine with a sigh. Poor guy, who knew what he was getting himself into. But like she told herself, he was going to do what he wanted to do, and as long as he was happy..
She was so wrapped up in her conversation with Blaine it seemed like she had gotten to the apartment complex faster than planned. Walking up the stairs, she walked down the hall and looked at each door to see what number it was. Finally spotting Jake's, Olivia knocked on the door gently then said just loud enough for him to hear, "knock knock," dragging out the last knock longer than the first one as her voice rang through the hallway as well.

Ahhh, drama. It never stopped. Even online in a chatroom. Which was just plain silly, but whatever. Setting his MacBook Air down on the couch, he kicked his feet up on the coffee table. Olivia was gonna come hang out, smoke..sounded awesome. Hot girl that smoked, helll yeah. Despite his best efforts though, Cheyenne didn't wanna come, so it was just gonna be the two of them.
Yawning, he clicked on the decent-sized flatscreen TV. Ah, the joys of gifts from parents, and getting paid..regularly. Ah. Hearing a knock on his door, and then her speaking, he got up and ran his fingers through his black hair; shaking his head quickly so it all fell back into place. Opening the door, he smiled. "Bonjour, Madame Olivia....come on in." Jake said, moving out of the way so she could walk in.
Olivia was gorgeous, and he knew it, but today was a day to get high. Not, hit on a beautiful lady. Boredly, Jake reached up and unwrinkled his black Guns N Roses shirt. Nervous? Nah. Maybe. "Did you drive or walk?"

» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « Looking up at Jake as he answered, she curtsied and giggled when she replied, "merci beaucoup monsieur Jake," then proceeded to walk inside. She didn't exactly know what to expect when she came over to his apartment, but it was cute. Well, for a guy's apartment. She'd seen quite a few in her day, she always got along better with guys than girls. No, not because she slept with guys, she just got along with them better. Farren was a perfect example of her regular relationship with a girl.
Looking at him, her lips curled up into a smile as he fiddled with his shirt. Was he nervous? That was precious. His attempt at small talk was pretty adorable too. Humoring him, she smiled a little wider and answered, "I walked. I prefer walking." Looking around again as she slid her hands into her shorts pockets, she leaned back on her heels before looking back up at him smiling. Well this isn't awkward, she thought to herself with a laugh as she walked over closer to him and shrugged.
"So, where's the weed at? I need to relax," she said as she rolled her shoulders to show she was slightly tense, "girls like that really can get under my skin sometimes."

"Huh," He mumbled. Walking...who would've thought? It was either skateboarding or driving for him. Walking...eh. He had done enough of walking/running in high school when he played soccer. Jake kept a smile on his face, watching her intently. He finally met his match with flirting. Awesome.
"It's on the coffee table." He said nonchalantly. It wasn't like he had cops coming and checking his apartment. Besides, it was just weed. "Sometimes you gotta just let that shit happen, you know? But I get it and all, he is your bestfriend so that's cool." Watching your best friend get screwed over sucked, but it was part of life. So was weed and chilling.
"What was going on anyway? I was distracted." You know, with video games.....pssh, what else would it be?

» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « Walking over, she continued to look around the room before she turned swiftly on her heel before plopping down on the couch. She ran her fingers through her wavy brown hair before reaching forward, she grabbed a pipe off of the table before patting next to her on the couch. "Come, sit, don't be awkward and stand while I make myself at home in your apartment."
As he sat beside her, she leaned against him. It wasn't anything romantic, just what she always did when a guy sat next to her, it made her feel.. Protected. Not that she needed protecting. But, what she'd never admit was it made her feel the same kind of protection she had gotten from her father. Although if anyone said anything about her father in that way she'd lay them out in seconds flat.
Reaching back onto the table, she got the lighter before placing the pipe to her lips, leaning back into him as she took a long hit from the pipe. Bringing the pipe back for a second, she felt the smoke fill her lungs before taking another slightly smaller hit. Handing the pipe to Jake, she turned to smile at him softly while holding in the smoke before turning her head, exhaling the smoke slowly, feeling the buzz already kick in slightly.
"Basically.. Blaine and Simon don't like each other at all," she started, trying to think of a short and simple way to explain it. "Farren and I don't particularly care for eachother either, but Simon talks loads of crap about Blaine to Farren and she doesn't do anything. She actually defends Simon when Blaine and him fight. It hurts Blaine when she does that, and when you hurt my friend, you hurt me. Doesn't help that she already gets under my skin."

Raising an eyebrow, Jake walked back over, moved his Mac, and plopped down next to her, kind of surprised when she leaned into him, but said nothing. Watching her for a moment, he looked back to the TV that was showing some MTV reality bullshit. What the hell? Changing the channels, he took the pipe from her and raised an eyebrow as she spoke, taking a hit from it and holding the smoke in. Oh yeaaah.
Sighing out the smoke, he shook his head. "That's kind of shitty." Which was true. "I mean, that's kind of dumb. Why would you defend a friend over your boyfriend, unless you didn't value the relationship? Whatever...some people just don't get it," and by it, he meant life. "I wish people would just chill the fuck out. This isn't high school, the drama has to stop." Jake muttered, taking another hit then handing the pipe to Olivia.
"Sometimes I wonder if that's the point of life...create drama." Jake said after exhaling the smoke in the opposite direction of Olivia. [/size]

» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « Olivia also turned to the tv while Jake carelessly flipped through the channels. She didn't really care, there was never anything on tv anyway. She didn't have tv in her dorm. She had a PS3 and netflix. All she'd ever need was in that little console and she loved it that way. Her eyes widened as she saw '1000 Ways to Die' appear on the bottom of the screen as she immediately shot her hand out and placed it on his, "leave it. I love this show." Laughing, she slowly moved her hand away from his and took the pipe from him after he got his share of hits from it.
As she took the hit, she listened to him talk about the drama, and how Farren had chosen Simon over Blaine. Shaking her head and nodding at the appropriate times, she realized how alike Jake and her were. Well, at least in the way they thought. Shrugging, she parted her lips slightly allowing the smoke to slowly linger out from between them before exhaling it and shrugging. "As much as I agree with you on the drama thing, and how we're not in high school, think about it; how boring would life be if there was no drama at all and everyone just.. got along?" she asked and raised her eyebrows as she began to take another hit, curious of what his answer would be to that. Not because she was challenging him to a debate or anything, it was just another test to see if he was as similar to her as she thought he may be. I mean come on, they had never hung out before. Only talked on chat, this was their perfect chance to get to really know each other.

Raising an eyebrow, he set the remote down and stared at the screen. A 1000 Ways To Die....really? The show always seemed to freak him out and make him paranoid. Especially while high; but he made no complaints. Olivia was right though, life would be so boring without drama....but that was what soap operas were for, right? People just needed to grow up, there was so much immaturity. Not that Jake was innocent of being immature. That was also part of life, no matter how old you got, you would still have immature moments.
"Yeah, you're right." Jake said with a nod. "But some of it is so stupid and useless. If people would just stop and think, half of the life-ruining shit wouldn't even come around," Jake paused, thinking about it for a moment. Sighing, he finally mumbled; "Some people take it too far." Which was true. Was it necessary to lose friends or loved ones over things that could've been avoided or dealt with differently? "I guess in the end it doesn't matter. If they wanna be stupid, let them. I try not to associate with people who create drama to ruin other peoples lives."
Which was true, but sometimes it was hard to avoid those people. "But hey, on a lighter note. Could you imagine dying by getting stoned 'cause you were high? Jesus." He said, eyes widening. The guy had eaten ergot, and had gotten high off eaten rye. Since ergot was basically just LSD. Though, it was a little more than he could handle when the girl died because of a self-done brazillian wax. "Holy fuck!" Seeing as she had gotten the flesh-eating disease from it, he wondered how common that was. "Oh my Godddd. That's so grosssss!"

» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « Looking up at Jake as he made a slight face when she asked to keep it on 1000 Ways To Die. Was he squeemish? That was adorable, but also a bit hilarious. A smile cracked at the corner of her lips as she turned to look back at the tv. She wasn't really watching it, though. Instead she was listening to Jake as he continued to talk about drama making people. How had she not met him before? It's like he stole her brain right out of her and put it into his own head.
Continuing to stare at the tv, she responded with a monotonous tone. It wasn't that she was bored with the conversation, she was just completely over the drama. Over the backstabbing, the name-calling, and the over-analyzing and assumptions. "Then again, Jake. It's people's way of thinking that causes most drama. Mainly girls, though. Majority of my gender over-analyze every little thing you throw at them. That," she paused as she raised her hand, pointing her index finger up as if stating a fact, "is what causes most drama."
Laughing, she felt her high kick in as she leaned into him more and took another hit as they watched a girl get a skin infection from self-waxing. Olivia made a face as she held in the smoke and ended up starting to choke as they showed a close up of the re-enactment of the skin disease the girl got. Exhaling the smoke, she coughed a few more times as her eyes began to water. It was terrible but she couldn't look away.
Hearing Jake complain about how sick it was too made her feel a bit more comfortable, she didn't want to feel like a little pansy girly girl for getting grossed out by it. But the details were so realistic she couldn't help but get grossed out. Shivering as chills ran down her spine, she leaned back into him and shook her head, "and that is exactly why I get waxed professionally, in a clean salon."
"You look like you need another hit," she then said with a laugh as she turned to look at him as she held the pipe back up to him.

"Yeah, you're right." He said with a nod. And she was right, but guys were just as guilty. "We're just as guilty. But, like you said, life would be boring without drama." Jake muttered, really just wanting to go pass out or eat. Or both, both sounded nice. Though, at the mention of waxing he had to chuckle. "Well, I'm glad to know that. 'Cause the girls that ... don't, freak me out." It was true, but some of the stereotype for France was indeed real. Some girls didn't shave. Yuck.
"Yeah," Jake agreed with a bob of his head, taking the pipe and taking a hit. Finally sighing out the smoke, he looked over to Olivia, "Feel better?" He asked, looking back to the TV. It didn't even matter anymore, anything on that show as fuckin' crazy. Though it took him awhile to realize she was leaning into him, once he did he carefully moved his arm and put it around her shoulders. Maybe it was the high, but he felt pretty comfortable around her.
Once the commercial came on, Jake made a face. "I'm really, really fuckin' hungry. Are you?"

» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « Feeling Jake's arm wrap around herself made Olivia smile contently. She felt safe, secure, and obscenely high. This was exactly what she had needed, but as she stared at the tv she realized she was way too high for this kind of shit. It was sickening, and normally she'd laugh but her already overactive imagination became escalated when she was high. Her pulse began to rise as she pictured herself being the person on the tv. She had almost forgotten that Jake was sitting beside her until she squirmed uncomfortably and felt his arm shift across her shoulders.
"Yeah," she said unconvincingly as he asked if she was feeling better. Realizing how unconvincing she sounded, she let out a laugh and shook her head correcting herself, "nah, I don't." Laughing more, she looked up at him and whispered, "I'm way too high for this shit," before looking back to the tv with yet another laugh escaping her lips. She didn't even realize she was probably making a fool of herself in front of this practically stranger until she just thought about her. Her smile dropped as she stared off, thinking about if it mattered how she acted around Jake. After what felt like five minutes, but was really 15 seconds, she decided it didn't matter. If he didn't like her the way she was, then too damn bad for him. Same with everyone else.
The second she snapped out of it the commercials had began to run, and Jake had asked her a question. Problem was, she had no idea what he asked. Looking up at him, she rewinded the situation in her head and remembered he had asked if she was hungry. Thinking about it, she raised one of her eyebrows and narrowed her eyes, her normal expression when she was contemplating before she nodded with a smile. "Yeah, I'm pretty fuckin' hungry myself."

Realizing she was squirming, the thought occurred to him that maybe his arm being around her did that. That made him uncomfortable, but the fact the show on tv was pretty gross, he just assumed that it was that. Grabbing the remote, he continued to flip through the channels mindlessly. "Aw, what can I do to make you feel better?" He asked, realizing how awkward that had to have sounded. Whatever, she could take it how she wanted.
Though, the fact she was hungry made him smile. Yeah, pizza and some chicken wings. Mmm-mmm. "Mmm, okay. What do you want to eat?" He asked, moving so he could grab his wallet out of his back left pocket. No cash, but he was sure a credit card would do. "I'm kinda thinkin' some pizza and chicken wings, but I'm up for anything you want, Olivia." Jake replied nonchalantly. It was true, he'd eat about anything that was set in front of him. Though he could probably cook, he didn't want to attempt and have anything happen.
Setting his wallet beside him, he glanced back at the tv; Adventure Time. The perfect stoner show.

» - - - - you call me a slut, you call me a liarI'VE GOT SO MANY NAMES, I CAN'T EVEN DENY IT - - - - - - - - « Olivia allowed herself to relax a little bit more as he began to flip through the channels. Watching it was making her kinda dizzy though, so she closed her eyes until she heard the sound on the tv stay on one channel for more than a second. Furrowing her eyebrows as she heard the show, she opened up her eyes and looked to the tv. The fuck? she thought to herself with a laugh before turning to ask him the same question.
"Err.. What is this?" she asked with a laugh. She'd grown out of cartoons a bit, but her kiddy side would kick in every once in a while and she'd turn on cartoons. They just didn't make them the way they used to though, and that bothered her. As she watched the tv though, she couldn't help but laugh at it. It was weird, funny, and trippy as fuck. Definite stoner show. "It's awesome," she added to her question, watching the tv totally amused.
Hmm... Pizza and chicken wings did sound good to her. Pizza was her perfect munchie food, She'd regret it after due to all of the grease but she'd work it off. She always did. Looking back up at him, she shrugged with a cute little smile and said, "yeah that sounds fine. What toppings do you like?" The most essential, crucial question she'd asked while she was here. This would determine his level of awesomeness in her eyes, but she kept a straight pokerface as she asked so he wouldn't know how important this was to her. Sure it was stupid, but everyone had their quirks. Olivia's was pizza.

Jake looked at her like she was crazy; what?! She had never seen Adventure Time!? Shaking his head in dismay, he sighed. "It's ADVENTURE TIME!" He replied in the same way Finn says it. This was one of his favorite shows, besides the Regular Show. At least on Cartoon Network. Adult Swim was a totally different story. Though, when stoned, he'd watch anything....except 1000 Ways To Die. Just...no. "The Regular Show is pretty amazing, too. I think it's on next. Then The Amazing World of Gumball."
Glancing over to her, he raised an eyebrow. "...I'll eat anything...?" He said with a nonchalant shrug. Though, hawaiin pizza was amazing, and pretty much what he wanted, Jake was gonna let Olivia choose. Like he said, he'd eat about anything pizza-related. She seemed pretty serious, but since he didn't really wanna think too much, he let it slide. She was too hot to question anyway. And maybe it was the high, but the thought of sex had crossed his mind. Eh, that wasn't why she was over here. Right?
"I'll order whatever, it doesn't matter..."

Why was she embarrassed? She wasn't quite sure, to be honest. Instead she looked up at him as he talked about it. She then gave him a blank stare as he spazzed out over the Cartoon Network shows. "I never watch Cartoon Network, only once it switches to adult swim," she admitted with a quiet laugh and shrugged, "I'm sorry."
She had a feeling this was going to happen. Him allowing her to choose the flavor of pizza she wanted. Ugh, her indecisiveness really took control right now. It was a toss-up between the classic pepperoni or the odd combination of hawaiian pizza. Her stomach was growling as she thought of it and her mouth watered more at the thought of hawaiian. Scooting away so he can get up and call or do whatever he had to do, she leaned back into the couch getting comfortable and asked him, "hawaiian sound good to you?"
