I Can Do It Like A Brother - (Do It Like A Dude) "I am a model citizen, if you recall," He replied wittily with a laugh. The day he became a model anything would be the day pigs started flying and hell froze over. "I'm sure your voice is lovely," Joey admitted, seriously. "Can't be any worse than mine."
Mason never really understood her potential in the art world, which was something that tripped Joey up constantly. Sure, she was still a little immature, but once she blossomed as an artist, the sky was the limit for her. "You can draw the pictures and I'll write the stories, how does that sound?" He asked, with a smirk. He knew he'd never be able to publish books, they'd be filled with things that no parent would want their children to read. "And your animals are amazing, don't be too hard on yourself," He nudged her elbow gently with his own and glanced over her shoulder again.
Mice, it seemed, were being drawn in very stuffy, formal outfits from a century ago, at least. Cute, of course, a little strange...but cute. It looked like something out of a children's book, Joey thought.
"Besides, you've got quite the imagination,"

"Of course you are." She said as she pushed him playfully. Then she shook her head. "Ok fine."she said looking at him. "Sometime I'm going to have to prove you wrong."she smiled slightly.
"Ok I'm gonna be honest."she said looking at him. "I love drawing, but what I really want to do is work with kids as a therapist."she looked down at the picture as she continued. "Besides would your books be kid friendly....at all?"she teased. She smiled. "Thanks, though you should thank the twins. They keep my it alive."

I Can Do It Like A Brother - (Do It Like A Dude) "How about this next Friday? You busy? Clear your schedule, I'm taking you out on the town," He asked quickly, then finalizing it with a grin. This child needed to get out more, or she'd be an adult and have her own kids before she even realized it. She was already half-time mommy to her siblings, and that was something Joey wasn't too big on, having his own mother issues.
A job with children would definently work well for her though, and he could easily picture her playing and consorting with little kids for a living. He would just be lucky to stay off the streets, and not live the life of a neglected artist/rockstar. His future was bleak, he had to admit, but he tried to live in the moment, and to the fullest.
"I can see you being an awesome therapist," He nodded, encouragingly, laughing at her next comment. "No, of course not, where's the fun in that?" He paused for a brief second. "Yeah, no. I'm thinking Dr. Suess on crack sorta deal," He flipped to a page in his sketchbook of random doodles that seemed like they belonged next to the good Doctor's drawings, with strange horns and four ears.
"And thank you twins,"

Mason nodded. 'Alright.'she said as she pushed back more hair and looked down at the paper. "My schedule is clear and ready, for whatever you want to do Friday night.' When Friday came around,Mason knew it was going to be an adventure.
The girl loved hanging out with the boy, he managed to make her feel special. She knew he had a lot of other girls interested him, but he always made her feel like she was the only girl in the world. She loved it.
'Thanks.' She nodded. "I bet you'll be an awesome rockstar.'she said winking slightly. "I'll always be your number one fan.' The idea of Dr.Suess on crack made Mason snort with laughter. 'Joey don't scar the children' she said shaking her head laughing.
