Abraham was on Freude's laptop again. This was mostly because he just enjoyed changing the background to cute little kittens, and decorating with an assortment of very emasculating stickers. Getting on the other boy's nerves was one of his very favorite pastimes.
Lately, he hadn't been getting as many chances to partake in the merriment, though. Freude had been off with that stupid blonde boy almost every day this week. They were apparently together now. It was absolutely disgusting. The only thing Abbie liked about Caleb was how easy he was to scare. When he and Freude were cuddling in the main room of the dorm, though, now that was when he just wanted to come up behind the boy and smother him with a pillow. A pillow that was on fire. Yeah, that sounded nice.
He'd refrained from acting on any of these urges thus-far, mostly because he had to share a dorm with Freude, and although he loved the boy to be a bit pissy, he didn't want there to be that kind of tension. So, he kept to his little acts of irritation, waiting for Freude to snap on him when he realized what was going on, always laughing like the crazy boy he was.
Giving Freude's laptop a nice pat on the now thoroughly decorated top he set it aside and lit up a cigarette, watching the lighter for seconds longer even as he was taking long drags. The flame was so pretty, much more appealing than that stupid Caleb Darling. What a barf fest. Finally setting his lighter down with a last adoring look, he turned on the television, flipping it to the Spanish soaps and turning the volume almost all the way up.
If Freude wasn't pissed at that, he didn't know what would bring the boy down from his Darling-high.
