What the hell was a taco party anyway? Simon had come up with the casual term as a passing joke, but the masses on the chat room had jumped on it hungrily- literally. Honestly, if it only took a little Taco Bell to turn people into your best friends, then he'd just buy his own chain. That way perhaps people could shut the fuck up for a while. Whatever the reason was, Simon was hosting this strange event- mostly because he had what everyone wanted- no, for once, not his dashing good looks, and killer charm. Tacos. They wanted tacos. So, eh, why not? It wasn't like Taco Bell put a serious dent in his pocket anyway. The most expensive thing there was around three bucks, probably less. The drive-through man had definitely given him a strange look as he was leaned through the window of the cab collecting up the bags full of delicious, processed Mexican food. Thanking the guy without looking in his direction, he told the driver to go on, drop him in front of the boys dorms at Winchester. Handing the old foreign guy a fifty and a taco he waved him off and then turned to the dorms. Great, now he had to walk all these bags up there. " Those people had better be coming hungry." Simon had muttered to himself as he struggled with his room key and finally got inside, setting the bags down on the table and thinking. This "party" needed something. He just couldn't think of what it was. And then it came to him. It was an improvisational sort of move, really. The only thing he'd really cooked hash into was brownies- cookies once. But Tacos? He didn't think it was something people just did. But this crowd definitely needed an extra boost, and as he pumped up the volume on the general party music bull, he started to personalize each of the tacos he'd gotten with a little something...extra. This could actually be fun, unless one of the more innocent of the bunch went crazy off the hash and tried to turn into a super hero or some shit (totally hasn't ever happened to Simon himself...). Wrapping the tacos back up to be presentable for the bunch, he smirked to himself, folding his arms over his chest and nodding proudly. He'd done good. Checking his appearance in the front room mirror, he smoothed out his vest, ran a comb through his air and sprayed a little cologne on. That was all it took, and Simon was ready for arrivals. He already had the door to the dorm cracked open the slightest bit so people could just head on in. No need to knock. He hadn't pissed anybody off lately, right..? Hell, they were all getting tacos, what'd they have to be snappy about. Tagged: Urgh, so many people. Outfit: here.Note: The order in which we are going in: Elle, Lettie, Berk, Chels, Hannah, Tree~ That is all<3

How did this even begin? Why was Tiffany getting dressed up for a taco party? She could have easily slipped on some jeans with her old high school sweater, but no. She felt the need, because apparently, there would be dancing. Something that Tiffany was particularly good at. She used to go out and dance all the time, she just wasn't the girl who would go home with a guy. (Obviously)
Something about getting tacos from a guy she didn't really like gave Tiffany a secret pleasure. Tiffany could have easily driven to Taco Bell herself, as she had originally planned when she found out it was Taco Friday, but someone had to throw this into a party. Tiffany was against going at first, but she was actually very hungry at the time, and didn't feel like waiting for the water to boil for her mac and cheese, which was what she ate most of the time, since she couldn't cook anything. So, she gave in. Getting free tacos. What's wrong with that?
As Tiffany was squeezing into her leggings, she wondered how this party would go. Would it turn into a religion talk again? Tiffany got really nervous talking about it in person. Would everybody shun her? At times, she can be the funnest girl in the world, but as Cheyenne would say, apparently, Tiffany has a stick stuck up her butt, which was completely untrue. Tiffany could be totally relaxed if people weren't constantly calling her a bible thumper.
Tiffany slipped on her heels, stumbling out of her door, locking it for the night. She made her way carefully down to Simon's dorm room. She found the door cracked slightly open. Tiffany opened the door, sticking her head in. "Hellllooo? Tiffany's here." She walked in, leaving the door open.
She spotted Simon in front of the mirror. Tiffany adjusted her purse and stood up straighter, sticking her chest out. She stood there awkwardly. She mustered up the strength to say something. "Hi, Simon." Tiffany saw the tacos on a table and walked over to them, grabbing one. She used the table to balance on because her darn shoes were so high. She prayed that Simon wasn't going to be as rude as he usually is in the chat room. She highly doubted it would happen though.

So here Quinn was, getting ready to head to Simon's dorm one more time. This time it was a taco party and not a movie night. This was going to be interesting, so they were going to eat tacos and apparently dance? It sounded like a fun night, and just the thing Quinn needed to cheer up. So she pushed back some of her hair, and smoothed down the dress she was wearing over her Capri pants. Saying good bye to her grandparents. Kissing her grandpa good bye, and promising them she'd check in. Quinn left the house and towards the dorms taking the family Volvo. Soon Quinn parked, got out and made her way to the dorm room. She opened the door making her way in smiling. "Hey guys." she said to the people already there. She stood there, wondering what to do next. Outfit

Farren had been looking forward to going out for some time now, feeling she needed to calm the waters with Blaine before she started hanging back out with Simon again. After all, Simon was one of Blaine's unfortunate enemies, and after their little chat in her car after Quinn's party, she didn't want to do anything to mess up their relationship. However, after a couple of weeks, she sort of began to miss her friends. Being cooped up in a house all day every day got boring, especially now that she had to be a good house-keeper now that Blaine lived there. Don't get her wrong, she loved having him there, but she almost felt obligated to stick around for him. But tonight, he was out, and she was NOT about to stay in that house alone. No, she was going to dress up, get out her nice dress and heels, and go to Simon's for a taco. Wait, what? Okay, so it didn't sound like much of a special occasion, but she just wanted to get out for a change. Pulling up to the dorms in her floral dress and blue bow heels, she took a last look at herself in the rearview mirror before quickly making it up to Simon's dorm. In all honesty, she didn't know many of the people coming. All she really knew was Simon was going to be there, as well as Quinn. It didn't matter. She was excited to actually see SOMEONE. She really just wanted to vent about how excited she was about Blaine and her being all "in love". Simon wouldn't like it, but he'd have to deal. It seemed the door was already cracked, so she slowly pushed it open and stepped inside. "Yoo hoo? anyone-oh hey, simon!" she said before taking a look around at the other girls. Oh, Simon probably loved this, having all these girls in the room with him. Laughing a little, she sent a wave their way before sitting down in a chair nearby. "I'm starved!" she said, looking towards the tacos. "So, who's going to dance with me, eh?" she finished her rambling, laughing slightly. outfit

"What in the name of all things that are holy, is a 'Taco Party'?" Chey had asked Devon with a look of utter confusion plastered onto her features. She had refused, of course, to go to such an event after hearing Simon Chapman was the host of this odd party.
"Never, never, never in a million years will I ever go-"
Yet here she was, standing on his doorstep, with Devon nearly shoulder-to-shoulder with her. The why's and how's were a bit unconventional, but needless to say, it had been enough to draw Chey into the company of the people, or person, rather, she most wanted to avoid. The door was slightly open, so she pushed it with a gentle shove, and watched it swing open slowly. Quinn was already there, of course, as were the goth girl, and the bible thumper. Strangely, Chey thought they looked more comfortable in this place than Simon and Farren. It was a mixed crowd, a very, very, very mixed crowd.
She glanced at Devon and back at the crowd.
"Get what you need and let's leave, okay?" She whispered to him, feeling a little uncomfortable in her short dress and heels. Jeez, she should've drank when she had the chance.

Hell, even Devon didn't know what the fuck a Taco Party was. He knew how much Chey did not want to go to this party, but Devon needed some...stuff, from Simon, and so he had drug her there. Of course, he did persuade her with the 'you can drive my car' thing which clearly worked. After parking the car, he led Chey up to the door, and followed her in after she shoved it open. Simon, Sybil, Farren, Tiffany, even Quinn was there. Quite the eclectic group, but whatever.
Nodding a hello to Quinn, he glanced around, searching for Simon. For whatever reason, Jimmy wanted some money, or some shit from him, and apparently now that was Devon's job. Great. On a date, no less. "I need to find Simon, I'll come get you when I'm done. It won't take long, I promise." He told Chey with a smile, leaning down, he whispered, "You look beautiful," into her ear, and kissed her cheek before walking off in search of Simon.
Personally, he had no problem with Simon. He really had no idea why anyone did. The guy was an asshole sometimes, sure, but everyone had their moments, after all...

Lowe would've much rather stayed at home listening to music....or working on his C64. Something about a girl asking him to go made him decide it was worth it. He threw on some clothes, grabbed his ipod and a book just in case, and strolled out from his place, trying to enjoy the weather. Hey.....at least Quinn was going to be there. That at least sort of made things worth while. The fact that he really wasn't that into fast food tacos.... especially Taco Bell fast food tacos.....really made this a lot more confusing and frustrating for him. Couldn't they have centered a party around something else? Anything else? Hell, even the dancing made more sense than some stupid $1 almost-but-not-quite tacos. He took out his cell, and decided to throw Quinn a text letting her know he was on his way before starting at a much quicker pace. After a while, he found himself around a few familiar faces and decided that he'd reached his destination. “Taco party, huh?” He rolled his eyes slightly as he made his way towards Quinn. “This has got to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of.”Just seeing Quinn, though....in those nice clothes.....and surprisingly positive expression after all that had happened lately....well, it made it all worth while. He kissed her cheek as he glanced around at the others. “So....do we all just stand around and eat tacos here or?” - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -tag;; tacopartytacoparty // outfit;;www.polyvore.com/lowe2/set?id=35266748// words;;264 // notes;;SHUN THE NON TACO BELIEVER. // template;; section.disparu @ caution2.0 //

Everyone started to arrive one by one, taking the food- laced with a little something extra, and Simon tried to stop the smirk about to break onto his face when Tiffany Belle, the bible-thumper, grabbed herself a has-filled taco and took an eager bite. She was definitely going to be much more amusing as the night grew on. Picking up a taco for himself, and taking a casual bite, he nodded to her in greeting,
"So glad you could make it." He hummed out calmly. He was going to ignore his earlier aggravations with her on the chat-room, and in general. He was much too interested in how she'd feel after that taco to actually try and start anything. Marion and Quinn arrived soon after, and he realized with some pause, that Quinn was the type to do any drugs either. Biting into his lip as he watched her take her own taco, he decided to ignore it. It'd loosen 'em all up for the better... hopefully.
"Oh, of course, Sybil. One must never joke about taco parties." He joked lightly, trying to make this less awkward with the three very different girls all standing around quietly and apprehensively.
It was when Farren arrived that he gave a bit of a sigh, and he smiled more easily as she entered and raised a brow as she tittered on. One person he knew well enough, at least. Leaning against the table beside her, he smirked openly now. "Seems everyone's a bit hungrier than usual tonight." He mused, realizing that these wouldn't fill them up as much once the munchies kicked in.
His face almost immediately dropped as the next to arrivals appeared. What the actual fuck. Who invited them? Jaw clenched tightly, eyes narrowed slightly, he looked down his nose at the two. Lesbian my ass. He thought when he looked the pair up and down with a purely imperial raise of his brow.
"Look what the cat dragged in." He muttered, to no one in particular.

As Tiffany finished off her first taco, she instantly grabbed another. My goodness, these tacos were so good. When she bit into her second taco, she began watching Simon carefully. He had a very smug expression on his face. Why? She began chewing more slowly. Was he up to something? Tiffany's face was scrunched up a little as she thought about why Simon would be so happy about this. Simon hated her. Most everybody hated him. Tiffany had a gut feeling that he was up to something, but didn't try to pinpoint on it because she was having trouble focusing on anything but this delicious taco.
Tiffany greeted most everybody who walked in the room. It was nice to actually see these people in person, and not in the chat room. It was getting really awkward when Quinn and Sybil arrived because it was so quiet. It seemed to be more relaxed when Farren walked in the door all happy about everything. She mentioned dancing, which was what Tiffany was about to do after this taco. She guess that was everybody coming to this thing.
When she had finished her taco and threw away the wrapper, she got up with caution, smoothing the back of her dress. "I'll dance, Farren!" She started moving her hips to the beat of the music playing on the stereo, moving her hands above her head, jamming to the music. "Everybody should daaance." Tiffany had a huge grin on her face as she continued swaying her hips to the music, suddenly feeling empowered to do things now.
When two more people walked into the door, Tiffany stopped dancing and stared at them. Chey and Devon. She could see Devon showing up, but Chey? From what she'd heard and assumed, she and Simon weren't the best of friends. She was in a very short dress and heels. Devon looked all fancy too. Were they out on a date? Well, a taco party wasn't a place to take a girl. And wasn't she gay? Since when did she like boys? Tiffany was very confused and kept asking herself these questions over and over again. Tiffany barely noticed Lowe walk in and over to Quinn. They were so cute. She turned over to Chey and Devon again, she'd bet Chey could feel her stares from across the room, so Tiffany quickly looked discretely to Simon, who looked upset for some reason. She saw him muttering something under his breath. Tiffany backed up to get to her chair, but ended up almost tripping and decided to stay standing, gripping the table tightly, still watching Simon.

Sybil grabbed a few tacos once she got inside, smiling slightly as she watched people interact with each other. This was nice—it wasn't the usual drama that seemed to happen whenever she logged on the chat. People actually seemed to be getting along and being somewhat friendly to one another. That was something she really needed right now....
all that fighting just reminded her of her parents.
After she took her first bite of her very first taco bell taco, she heard Farren ask about dancing, and then Tiffany replying that she'd join in. “I'd dance, too.....but I'm not all that good at dancing.” She laughed slightly, “You're going to have to deal with me failing miserably and probably tripping over any of you if this playlist doesn't involve Bauhaus.”
She didn't know what was going on, but this certainly wasn't like any other taco experience she'd had. What was that she'd been told when she said she was a virgin to these? That they'd be a mindblowing experience? Oh yeah. She definitely was feeling the mindblowing powers of them kick in.
Sybil was a little iffy about it, but she let herself finish the second of the two tacos she'd had. A little later, and she was regretting her decision. The loud mindblowing part she seemed to notice just got more powerful. Things were loud—even colors were loud—and she wasn't sure how she was supposed to take all of this.
She couldn't help but utter out, “I can't believe these things are just a few bucks each” to no one in particular.

Quinn smiled at Sybil giving her a bit of a hug as she started to eat her taco. Mmmm it was good, and this was nice. Just what she needed. Time away from home, and time with friends.
And the best thing about it? the fact she could talk Lowe into coming out. It was really, really nice to be near him at the moment. "Hey." she said as Lowe walked up to her. She hugged him. "Oh come on." she said kissing his cheek. "It'll be fun."she said as she continued to eat some of the tacos.
Then Farren mentioned dancing. She looked towards her, and pushed back some of her hair. "I'd dance." she said smiling. "But I can't promise I'd do well."

Swaying to the music wistfully, Farren took another bite of her second taco, looking up at the ceiling without a care in the world. She felt sort of odd, like everything was in slow motion. However, she wasn't really thinking about that. All she could think about was how good the tacos were. If only she knew why she couldn't stop eating them...
Looking around the room, she saw everyone was willing to dance. That is, except Simon. He seemed to be pretty chill at the moment, leaning against the wall with that smirk on his face like he knew something they didn't. Sighing, she crossed her arms across her chest for a moment before running up to Simon and grabbing him by the hand and pulling him towards the others willing to dance.
Just before she was about to begin dancing with the others, Chey and Devon walked in. She'd heard about Simon and Chey, and what happened between them, so she knew this had to be awkward. Crossing her arms across her chest, she tried to pretend it wasn't a big deal they were both there, but instead began to laugh sort of unexpectedly. "What is...hehe...what are you doin' here?"

Chey turned away as Simon glanced in her direction, her cheeks turning bright pink at Devon's kiss. What did she care? It wasn't like she had anything to prove to Simon, right? And it certainly wasn't as though she were actually on a date with Devon, it had just been a friendly...who was she kidding? Men did not just take women to fancy places like that casually. And it was pretty damn clear that they were friendlier than most lesbians and their male acquaintances. And even if they weren't, assumptions would be made.
Still, she hadn't said or done anything too outrageous to conflict with the facts she had laid out for everyone when she had moved to Vegas. "Hi, I'm Cheyenne, and I like girls." That was pretty much the response to any guy that tried to hit on her, until word spread that she was /not/ interested in the cocky men of Winchester.
Things certainly have changed, and that damn car better be worth it, she thought, eying the people around her. Devon had wandered over toward Simon, leaving her alone. Trying to decided where to take refuge from the glances she was getting, she considered her choices; Tiffany looked a bit uncoordinated, and Chey knew she'd just want to bash her, and Farren was probably the least likely to warm up to her, even though she looked, well, out of her senses. So she stepped over to Quinn, Lowe and Sybil, (was that her name?), with an uneasy smile.
"Hey, what's up guys?"

Something was odd at this..taco party, the fact everyone was so calm and relaxed. The idea crossed his mind maybe this was some kind of lame stoner party with a cryptic title. I mean, even Tiffany was chill and not her normal self. Though, Devon had learned to not argue with women. It never, ever turned out well. Something made him glad they had just come from a restaurant, because there was something messed up about this party. Whatever.
Making his way to Simon, he realized how pissed off he was. Oh, great. Something had definitely happened between him and Chey. But, tonight was not the night to confront that. "Hey, Simon," He said casually, looking at the guests. Farren, Sybil, Lowe, Quinn...didn't he need to talk to Quinn? Hell, he didn't know. He did know that Lowe had some kind of grudge on him. Typical. "Jimmy said you owed him some money, I'm here to collect it." Devon said, just loud enough for him and Simon to hear.
Hey, everyone didn't need to know his business. Though, he was sure they wouldn't mind snooping into his life. "I hope you have it."
