DANNY'S DISLIKES :
- -Being stuck inside ~ Danny is a super outdoorsy person, and the only time you can find her indoors voluntarily is during school and if she is at work.
-People who don't appreciate the earth for it's natural beauty
-Jocks ~ Most of them seem to be pigheaded, stupid, and sexist. That does not fly with her very well.
-Food that is filled with preservatives and artificial flavors and sweeteners.
-The excessive need for technology in her generation.
-Frogs ~ Probably the only animal that she cannot stand. Their weird texture and freaky eyes just give her the creeps.
-Music that doesn't have a deeper meaning than "I wanna fuck yooooou!" ~ She is a huge Dehli 2 Dublin fan, and other bands of the sort, and the music that is on the popular radio stations give her major headaches.
-Snow ~ Cold, wet, gross weather means that she is basically locked inside, away from the the sun.
DANNY'S LIKES :
- -Camping ~ The fresh air, the trees, the dirt; all of it is a welcomed break from the Vegas clutter.
-Baking ~ After reading an article about a woman who owned a marijuana bakery, she made it her own personal goal to learn the tricks of the trade.
-Diggity dank weed ~ Danny isn't an avid smoker/user, but when she /does/ toke up, she certainly will not have crappy marijuana.
-Reading ~ Though not a very well known fact, Danny loves immersing herself into a decent mystery novel. Even better are the non-fiction books about historical happenings, specifically the numerous wars.
-Dogs ~ Man's best friend, Danny has a soft spot for the suffering canines in shelters. She has been known to bring one home every once in a while to nurse it back to health until it can be placed in a permanent home.
-Sunshine ~ Danny loves the sun to no end! She will skip class just to bask in the warm sunlight in the park and watch the clouds.
-Tall people ~ This may seem random, but the girl has always had a thing for men (and women) who are taller than her. This isn't such an extraordinary feat, since she is only about 5 foot 5 inches.
-Bicycles ~ Riding them, fixing them, painting them, etc.
GOALS :
- -Perfect her recipe for gluten-free hash brownies. (Maybe more chocolate next time?)
-Get her degree in culinary arts
-Get a full body henna tattoo
-Adopt a German shepherd puppy
-Make a difference in the world
FEARS :
- -Global warming ~ No, this is legitimate, I promise. She doesn't want the ice caps to melt and drown everyone.
-World War 3 ~ Her non-fiction addiction (try saying that three times fast!) isn't as harmless as it seems, and has made her a little paranoid.
-Falling for a jock, or someone with an equally displeasing personality.
SECRETS :
- -She was raised Catholic by her grandmother, until her birth mother came for her and converted her to the world of tree-hugging and dirt-worship.
-She is a virgin, and has no plans to change this anytime soon. Make no mistake, this doesn't mean she is an innocent babe, but she isn't ready for the p in the va-gee, kay? (;
WEAKNESS :
- -Any excuse to escape Vegas for the forest with a congregation of hippies and gypsies (I.e. FaerieWorlds, HempFest, etc..)
-She thinks too much for who she is. Many people see her gypsy skirts and rasta colored bags and assume she is a daft stoner, but in actuality, she maintains perfect grades and does her best work after getting baked.
STRENGTHS :
- -She can bake ANYTHING. Seriously, she is a genius in the kitchen. (like any good woman should be x3)
-Danny is very stubborn in her beliefs, and cannot be swayed.
OVERALL PERSONALITY :
- -Collected ~ Danny is all there mentally, no doubt about it. She knows where she is going, she just doesn't have the exact path planned out to get there.
-Persuasive ~ In high school, she was head of the debate team and the mock trial. Needless to say, she knows her way around arguments.
-Charismatic ~ Once she opens up, Danielle has a very contagious personality. Many can't help but being happy around her.
-Energetic ~ Diagnosed with A.D.H.D. as a child, Danny's attention span is very short, and because of such, she is always doing something active.
-Spontaneous ~ She is insanely impulsive to the point where she will up and leave for a weekend just to see the ocean.
-Quick-tempered ~ As easy going as she is, Danny has a short fuse. She tries to bite her tongue, but inevitably, a few comments slip out here and there.
-Honest ~ Honesty is the best policy, right? Danny lives by that standard, and would rather be locked away in a small box for the rest of her life than to be caught lying.
-Smart Ass ~ A bad trait she picked up from her mother, Danny can't help but throw in those obvious, if a bit rude, comments.
-Considerate ~ Although she can be extremely rude, Danielle will go out of her way to not mention certain sensitive topics. She will not bash gays or handicapped people, but she will poke fun at the 'laundry bags full of meat' that make up the jocks.
-Shy ~ If you approach her, she will be glad to engage in conversation, but otherwise, she is content at the back of the classroom, scrawling notes and fiddling with the beads placed precariously in her hair.

She wants to be a teacher eventually, after the lifestyle of her teen/young adult life wears off.
But until then, she plans on becoming a pastry chef, since that seems to be the only other thing she is good at.

OVERALL HISTORY :
Empty glass bottles littered the room, the exhaled smoke created a foggy layer between the ceiling and the floor, and hot, sweaty love was in the air. Laura was sixteen. The man on top of her was not. Older men had always intrigued her, and this dark-haired, charismatic stranger was no exception. She woke the next morning alone, hungover, and with a layer of grime on her skin. Three months later, a bout of morning sickness sent her running for a doctor. Pregnant? How could this happen? She didn't believe in abortion, and wanted to be apart of her child's life, so she convinced her mother to raise the baby girl until she was mature enough to have a child.
So young Danielle Vieraday was raised by her very strict, religious grandmother, in a house that creaked and had a fine coating of dust on everything. Church, school, and old records that were scratched and bumped; these things made up her life. A firm 'look, but don't touch' policy was set in place while she lived with her grandmother, and when her mother came to collect her at age six, it took several years to reverse the 'damage' that had been done.
Laura did not want her child to be raised a complete prude, nor a party girl like she had been, so she carefully molded her child, until her second born disrupted her training. Danielle was a mistake, and Jason was just another in their mother's long string of screw ups. Too embarrassed to ask for help again, Laura brought the two children children up herself, moving from state to state and living in cars and tents.
