Dorian rolled the soft green stockings up his freshly smoothed legs, he rolled his bottom lip between his teeth as he applied his green eye-shadow and eye-liner. He was already little drunk, having a half full glass of red whine on his dressing table, but he didn't seem to notice - or of he did he didn't care. He smiled at his reflection, striking a pose or two in his green outfit, tightening the corset to try and develop some curves that were never going to exist. He was just about to start debating whether to remove his shorts or not when George called for him to get in the car - he didn't want to be late, so he forgot all about it as he tied some ivy into his, now red, hair.
The journey was considerably shorter than Dorian imagined it would be, zipping up his heels in the small space - difficult to some - was an easy task to complete. Pulling up outside the bar, Dorian gave George a few quick instructions and gracefully slid out of the car, making sure that the majority of eyes were on him right from the beginning. He didn't was his time queueing up outside like the majority of the students. Instead he strutted up to the door and brushes past the security with ease. The outcry from the crowd of gathered people could be heard until the sound of the music took over.
He walked confidently up to the bar and ordered himself something strong, sweet and downed in one - or seven, one for each of the shots Dorian ordered. He was going to get so drunk that he would forget how terrible he looked with red hair and could focus on showing Joey the best night of his li-
Where was Joey? Dorian frowned and leant against the bar, another drink in his hand when he came face to face with...was that iron man? Dorian smirked and reached up, but the man - he assumed it was a man - held onto his hand. Stopping him from removing the mask. Joey? he asked, frowning slightly - because this was not the costume Joey had decided on, unless there had been a change of plan? But 'Iron Man' had other ideas and Dorian soon found himself pulled onto the dance-floor, too drunk to care, or even notice that this guy wasn't anyone he knew - and clearly had other ideas about how Dorian was going to spend his night.

This wasn't really Leo's scene. He wasn't inexperienced when it came to barhopping and the party-life style that was such an integral part of being in college, but he was a man of moderation. Extreme moderation, usually; he didn't make a habit of partying or clubbing, and he wasn't surprised to find out that he was unprepared and underdressed when he finally arrived at the club.
He hadn't bothered to put a costume together, or perhaps he hadn't even thought of it, which considering his sometimes spacey personality, was not much of a surprise. The bouncer let him in anyway because he'd known Leo's brother since high school (and apparently that meant something; Leo just murmured an affirmative at the question and watched the man stand aside).
And so he was let loose inside.
He glanced around briefly, giving the party a brief once over and deciding it didn't hold much of an interest for him. He'd only really come because Dorian had asked it of him - in so many words, at least - and he half-doubted that he'd even get a chance to see the wild little blond at all that night. Ah, well. He migrated towards the relative calm of the bar, making his way patiently through the storm of dancing bodies and shouting drunks. It was certainly a party.
He found a place to lean against the bar, his eyes still flickering searchingly over the crowd on the dance floor. To his surprise, it didn't actually take him long at all to spot Dorian, who was currently looking somewhat belligerent and dancing with someone dressed like... was that Ironman?
Leo had never really been big on comic books.
He watched the two with care, noticing the confused and... perhaps, reluctant? way that Dorian moved. Well, he'd been invited; he might as well push the envelope and risk Dorian's feisty wrath by cutting in. He was pretty immune to the blond's temper tantrums at this point anyway. He pushed off the bar and made his way through the dance floor towards the couple. He said something like, "'scuse me, this is my friend here, yes, 'scuse me," and then promptly ignored any of the man's protests, looking down at Dorian, whose arm he had taken gently to steer away from Ironman.
He tilted his head, half-amused and half-concerned. "'lo," he said in greeting. "You alright there?" And then, somewhat smugly, "Told ya' you'd see me."

Joseph French was completely uncomfortable in the midst of all the action. He was too warm, girls were too close, and already, a caveman had offered to buy him a drink. Where was Dorian? He shifted on his feet, uneasily, and his fingers clenched the camera in his hand. Peter Parker was the hero of his choice, not wanting to deal with masks or face paint. Plus, he reasoned with himself, he could use the camera as a shield. He could treat the night like one big photo shoot. Nothing more to it. He could dance with Dorian, take a few pictures for art class, and go home sober and happy.
A girl, dressed as some sort of skanky superhero, walked up to him. "You look lost, cutie," She breathed into his face, the harsh scent of alcohol washing over him. He shook his head and pushed past the girl. Maybe he'd have to go find Bridge. Dorian wouldn't approve, but with everyone else busy drinking and the blonde he was really looking for was no where to be found, he had no reason to be here. How hard should it be to find someone dressed as Poison Ivy? Joey assumed Dorian had gone all out, so the promiscuous boy would probably be in the center of adoring men.
He walked around, skirting certain individuals, all the while glancing past them. Several people exclaimed their protest as he nudged shoulders to get through the blockade of bodies. With a careful push, he slid past a Batman and Robin pair and into a open gap. Oh, that's where he's been hiding. A familiar figure stood just in front of Joey, with another male. Who the hell was he? Feeling a bit territorial, Joey stepped up to the pair, and wrapped an arm around Dorian's waist.
"There you are, I've been looking for you everywhere," He mumbled into the younger boy's ear, his lips brushing against Dorian's bright red hair. With a plastic smile, he nodded to the other male, mentally comparing himself to the other. They were about the same height, maybe an inch or two difference, but not too noticeable. He had an edge to him that Joseph was not keen on, like he was a ticking bomb, just waiting to explode and kill someone. That was a bit extreme, he scolded himself. And he isn't doing any harm. He extended his other hand, politely. "Don't think we've met, I'm Joey,"
Notes: Sorry this is so crap. Why am I even allowed to roleplay with you guys? Dx

Dorian had become less and less inclined to continue dancing with this man. The costume the other was wearing was far too bulky and looked ridiculous. But Dorian hadn't anyone else to spend any of his time with and everyone knew he lived for the attention. Biting his lip to stifle a giggle he twirled on the spot and came face to face with Leo. Dorian smiled brightly and didn't make any comment as he was lead away from the stranger in the cardboard outfit. Hey! he said, taking Leo's hand and twirling under it so the other boy could see his full outfit. Mhm, I can see you, Dorian giggled, pressing his palm against Leo's chest softly as he tried to convince the other to dance with him. Where's your costume? he said, frowning slightly and running his hands over the boy trying to find a sword, or a gun to give him some indication. But there was nothing. Spoil sport, he mumbled, crossing his arms over his chest - pretending to sulk.
Suddenly he felt an arm snake around his waist. Jumping he looked to his left where Joey stood dressed as a very gorgeous Peter Park. Dorian bit his lip and kissed Joey square on the mouth, giggling in his drunken state. Joey you look...so good, he blushed, wrapping the tie around his fingers.
Joey, Leo. Leo, Joey. he giggled, doing a quick introduction before leading them both off the dance floor and over to the bar, where he ordered himself a large vodka and coke. He was already a little tipsy. One more wouldn't hurt. Pulling himself onto one of the bar stools he smiled at the two boys, hoping they were going to get along - or at least that Leo thought Joey was an upgrade from Marcus. But then again, anyone was better than Marcus - in Leo's opinion anyway, Dorian was sure.
He bit his lip and crossed his legs at the knee, looking up at the other two as he sipped on his drink. So who wants to dance with my first? he grinned, pushing some of his fake red hair over his shoulder.

Leo smiled in his slow, moderate sort of way, watching Dorian twirl, loving the laughter that crinkled the boy's pale eyes, delicate and pale and vulnerable but so defiant, so strong within himself. He wanted to reach out and push the wig off his head, run his fingers through the pale blond hair, hold him and convince him that yes, it was alright to be loved like this, love without bruises and constant emotional hernias - but he didn't.
He stopped himself, because he had seen Dorian possessed before; he had seen men wind their arms around his thin waist or over his shoulders or across his chest like he was something they'd gotten on sale at Pricemart. He liked him better when he was free, smiling, twirling, dancing through the fingers of desperate lovers, laughing, gleeful, ethereal in his own wild independence.
And so Leo dropped his hand from Dorian's arm and only dared to nuzzle briefly into his neck when he said against his ear, "Ya' didn' tell me it was a costume party." And he might have said more, he might have lingered in a moment of wistful weakness, but another had approached, strode with confidence into their midsts.
He looked like the kind of boy whose heart Dorian could possess; Leo took a step back, eyes flickering briefly, noticing the way the stranger's arm wound 'round Dorian's small waist. Ah. Dorian had already found a replacement to Marcus; Leo probably should have expected as much.
He gave a lazy nod of his head, murmured a "hullo" that barely reached above the sound of the blaring music and excited crowd. He followed Dorian to the bar, glancing briefly at the drink with some disapproval. Dorian was clearly already well on his way to getting drunk, and he was also, clearly, enjoying the vye for attention from both of his armored, shining knights.
Leo would not rise to his bait; not yet, at least.
So he shrugged his shoulders, tilting his head and offering Dorian a small, secret smile. "Ya' told me ya were comin with Joey here. Figure 's only right he get first dance," he said in a quiet hum.
hey mannnn be chill its all cool (: your writing is lovely~ and fuck it im drunk, it's all cool~

When Dorian kissed him, Joey couldn't help but smile. Even though the compliment may have been the result of a few drinks too many, Joey wasn't too prideful to blush at it, and his cheeks turned cherry red for a passing second. "'m happy to see you too, beautiful," He mumbled, kissing the boy back, and detangling the delicate fingers from his tie.
He had been very naive to believe that Dorian wouldn't have other men clinging to him. It had crossed his mind, but not a real thought was given to it, as he had been lounging in Dorian's bed with the blonde curled against him. Leo could be a friend, for all he knew. Or cared. Being jealous would get him nowhere, especially since he didn't know the circumstances.
So Joey tried to keep the look of displeasure off his face, finding Leo trailing after Dorian as he led the way to the bar. As the redhead ordered a drink, Joey noticed the look of disapproval Leo gave. And though he wouldn't admit it, he was in agreement. This scantily-clad Poison Ivy didn't need anymore alcohol. Dorian couldn't have been here too long, but it seemed that he was already comfortably tipsy, and not stopping there.
When the question was posed of who wanted to dance, he took the opportunity to guide Dorian away from his drink, and the other male. He pulled the smaller boy up off his stool, and back into the crowd, glancing over his shoulder at Leo. He nodded, in an appreciating fashion, at the dark-haired man, and turned back to Dorian.
Oh Dorian. Silly, drunk, beautiful...Dorian.
He pushed a stray lock of fiery red hair away from Dorian's smooth, flawless face, and leaned in, kissing his forehead.
"I don't know who or what the hell that guy is to you, but he had better not try and kick my ass tonight," He teased, genuinely hoping Leo wasn't like Marcus, who would be more than happy to skin him alive at any given moment.
Notes: How do you do it? D: my writing is like ten times worse when I'm intoxicated. I end up writing about tents in space and the purple lights in the trees and random shit. Yours is like dndueknehafayroe perfect. Fufufufuuu. > Joey and I are both jealous.

Dorian hadn't seen any of the exchanges between the two boys - or if he had he hadn't registered them as something to worry about. He was sure they would get on fine. He blinked slowly between them both as he sipped on his drink; his costume revealing more of his thin legs as he sat with his knees crossed on the bar stool. He smiled sweetly and placed his drink back on the bar as Joey helped him off the stool. Pressing a quick kiss to Leo's cheek he followed Joey obediently to the dance floor.
Taking Joey's hands he pressed them tightly to his own hips; blushing at the kiss to his forehead; not expecting anything like it. Maybe because he was a little tipsy and shaky on his heels. He looked over to Leo, still at the bar and suddenly felt a wave of guilt wash over him. It hadn't been fair to ask Leo to come, not when Joey was going to be there. But Dorian had wanted Leo to be there - had he just been selfish? Would it have been worse if he hadn't have invited the other boy?
He blinked and looked away after he realised he had been staring. Looking back at Joey he smiled and danced a little closer to the other boy; adding a few provocative moves. Dorian smiled at the floor, blushing at his own terribly drunk movements. He looked back up when Joey asked about Leo - and what they were. Dorian's smile faltered slightly as he looked over to the boy at the bar. He won't. He's not like that. He...he just wants me to be happy, and I am, happy with you. he said, his words slurring slightly.
As the song came to and end, Dorian took Joey's hand and lead him back to the bar. Hey! Where did my drink go? he frowned, shoving Leo lightly, he was sure the other boy had taken it. Still, he ordered himself a shot - or three - and downed them all one after the other with no regard to his liver.
He leant against Leo slightly, running his hand through he boy's hair. Your turn! he exclaimed, tugging on Leo's hand to get the boy on his feet. But Dorian was the first to stumble, running both his hands over his face to try to steady himself. Fuck~ he breathed, holding a hand over his mouth. Maybe those shots weren't a good idea.
Maybe he could have one more...just in case. He leant on the bar, trying to get the attention of the barman, standing on the tips of his toes. But he was lacking in something the rest of the people at the bar had; huge tits. He sighed and turned, facing the other guys a little dejectedly; hand on his head. He looked between the two, a soft smile on his face. His two favourite people...he just needed one other person.
Marcus.
Dorian's smile dropped, remembering the way the other boy had walked away from him. Looking down at his outfit, the way the floor was spinning. Dorian could see why. He was pretty pathetic, trying to be a girl. Trying to find someone to love him. To love in return. He would change. After this, he would...he would be a boy. Stop pretending.
He looked up, putting the smile back on his face. Someone want to buy me a drink? he asked, giving both the boys a twirl.
