Charlie's DISLIKES :
- Arguing about religion, all religions have good and bad points. Let it be.
west bro baptist church-There are free speech problems, but nothing should cover protesting a dead soldiers funeral.
Closed minded people-At least try and look at things differently it'll blow your mind.
Day cares=she just doesn't trust them with her little angel. Besides he has some abandonment issues. So Elizabeth will take him to work one day and Charlie the next.
People who want to take away basic rights-Civil love is a civil right. Keep your own religious views out of my life union, and I'll keep the gay out of your marriage.
Over conservative people-Dude you have a right to your opinions but opinions are like a penis don't shove it down peoples throats.
Parents who can't handle their kid is gay-Charlie got lucky. Her parents accepted her and her partners. But she sees so many kids kicked out of their house for being gay, so she opens her house.
Adoption agencies-Just the fact they make it so hard for gays to adopt. Elizabeth and her and providing a great home for Nikolas but it took years to be able to adopt him.
People that smoke pot-around her son. Charlie is known for lighting it up, but not around kids. That's not right, just like drinking or smoking cigarettes around them isn't right.
charlie's LIKES :
- Volunteering-Charlie likes to help, and she loves teaching Nikolas that helping people and animals is the best thing you can do.
The ladies-Charlie love Lizzie to death, but she can't help and have a wandering eye when a fine thing walks on by. She's flirty.
Going to church-That's where a lot of her friends are, and Nikolas gets to learn in Sunday school. Not just about Christianity but a lot of other religions too.
Painting-When not helping homeless teens out, playing with Nikolas or being with her wife she loves to paint. They hae a garage that's her studio, and a place she can let it all out.
protesting-Never let your voice go silent. You'll see her at pro choice events,Gay right events and Anti-war protests. She's loud, and proud.
Being with friends-Her friends are crazy. She hangs out with a lot of hipsters, and artists and musicians. Elizabeth doesn't smoke pot, so when their over after her friends get to spend sometime with Nikki. Lizzie takes him to the park, and Charlie can chill.
Elizabeth-She is the most understanding woman ever, and Charlie's soulmate. Lizzie knows how to stop her eyes from lingering too long, and has never gotten jealous. Charlie can handle her singing, and crazy dancing. It's like they were born for each other.
Nikolas-It was a long process but they adopted the boy from Russia. He is charlie's angel and muse. He helps her out when shes trying to think of what to paint, or to write a song about. It's a fun game, she points at him and he yells what he's thinking.
GOALS :

- The small minded will win and she'll never be allowed to live with Lizzie or Nikki.
Death-Death freaks her out, and she can't handle the thought of anyone she loves dying.
Lightning; It's loud and it can make the house go boom. Nuff said.
SECRETS :
- For awhile when she was younger, she denied that she was gay. It's embarrassing since she preaches about how people should be comfortable with their sexuality
Charlie was crazy close to her Aunt Marcy, owner of the house she lives in now. But she couldn't go and see the woman when she was in hospice, it was too hard and Charlie is ashamed.

OVERALL PERSONALITY :
- Charlie is out going, loud and sometimes obnoxiousness since she's not afraid to say what's on her mind. She is not afraid to voice her opinions and will always be a protester. She loves working with kids of all ages, they always have something new to teach her and she can teach them somethings too. Charlie is loving, and always helping her students out when their in trouble. She also tries to keep an open mind, but sometimes that can just be too hard.
There are times when Charlie can be extremely calm, or very worked up. When she's worked up, she's hard to calm down and can be a bit jealous but never violent. Charlie doesn't believe that violence should ever be the answer to anything. Though she hates herself for it, she can be pretty preachy on things. Sometimes she just needs a slap to the face.

OVERALL HISTORY :
Charlie is John and Beth's miracle child. Bethany was told she was sterile, but the couple kept trying and got Charlie. She was raised in a religious household, and when she was growing up always felt like she was different. She preferred doing sports and boyish things over being girly. When she was 18 she shyly came out of the closet, after having a life changing experience at a party where she meet her first girlfriend Kit. Her parents were surprisingly calm and told her: 'Jesus loves everyone and so do we."
Through the years and schooling, and becoming a teacher Charlie had tons of girlfriends. But only one that stuck, and that was Elizabeth. Elizabeth was also the first girl she introduced to her family and most important of all her Aunt. Charlie and Marcy were crazy close. Marcy was the one who taught her to play the guitar and how to pain. Marcy is the reason why Nikolas, charlie's adopted son has the middle name Marc. Marcy was diagnosed with cancer when Charlie was 29. Charlie could never bring herself to visit her, and see how badly it changed her aunt. she's ashamed of it, and part of the reason why she's turned the home she inherited into a safe home. In the memory of Marcy who loved kids and helped them and their mothers.
It was a long process but Elizabeth and Charlie have become life partners over the years, and even had a ceremony. They started to process of adopting the little boy who was left on the doorstep of an orphanage when Charlie was 29 and finally adopted him when Charlie was 30. They've had Nikolas for a year now, and the boy is responding well to everything but still can't handle being left alone with people that aren't Mama E or Mommy c.
