West doesn't have any of these and that's okay with him. He has this way of pushing people away with ease on purpose and it works. He doesn't believe there is a sincere good person in this world, because he thinks by now he would have saw one at the age of 21.

West has enemies? Great. It's what he wants after all. West has so many that on numerous times he's been in the hospital from a fight with some body, just he would very seldomly fight back. At one point he'd been attacked by a girl with a crowbar then left there alone. The next day there was videos of it everywhere. Just an example of how much people hate him and how much he hates them.

West has had five girlfriends his whole life. Each relationship would end because West couldn't get along with any of their friends or the fact that he wouldn't let a woman control him, and he never felt guilty. Them leaving never did phase him, but it was because he never was happy with either of them.
