Over all, Devon is a fairly nice guy; friends are easily made, but they are just as easily lost. Either way though, he doesn't really care about most people. Usually, Devon will befriend people just to use them, but there are those select few he truly cares about and would give his life for. (mainly Anastasia, Olivia, & his cousin Mitchie). Messing with them is not an option. The true friends he does have he holds close. He does keep them in the dark about his 'job'.
(I'd say two or three more true friends, and however many more acquaintances.)

I'm sure there's an overwhelming amount of these; seeing as he has that 'pompous jerk' aura about him. Even when he truly isn't. it's a good tactic to keep people away. Especially the ones he truly doesn't want to bother with. But how many people are willing to actually look and find the true Devon? In Vegas, it's rare and he knows it. Enemies are something he's come to terms with...and if they're that bad, he does have a gun. Or three. Devon has also made a few enemies because of who he works for..the ever elusive Jimmy Noir.
(I don't really care who is an enemy and who isn't. Make it fun.)

As much as Devon enjoyed being a swinger (in his spare time, of course). He finally found a girl he loves; Ana. Despite what everyone has been saying, he really has no interest in anyone but Ana. Though, it never hurt anyone to look, did it? There are some fine ladies at Winchester, after all! (ahem, Olivia (; )
If I've plotted with you before, sorry. I wanted to redo Devon's relationship thread. Hopefully it isn't too much of an inconvenience.
