Dexter wasn’t a hard child to raise, on the contrary, he was quite easy and happily did whatever he was told to do by his parents. He knew that if he pleased them first that he could do whatever he wanted after words. Not that he demanded much at a young age, he had fun playing with the other kids in the neighborhood. Dexter even was so easy to raise, that he didn’t even get jealous when he got his younger brother around! It wasn’t until in his early teens that Dexter got a taste of acting, and in high school he signed up for the acting classes that the school offered. He did his best and enjoyed it, he was quite talented at it to. High School wasn’t so hellish for him as most teenagers feel that it is. Dexter had friends, he had a few girlfriends, quite good grades and he was good on the stage to which made him liked by the school. He was actually fun to watch during all the plays. Dexter actually attended Winchester himself to study theatre, and remained good at what he does. He liked the school, and it was also at that school that he realized he didn’t want to make a career out of acting. Dexter didn’t have the desire to become a famous star like so many others in his class, he just wanted to do it because he enjoyed it. After his graduation, he taught theatre at many local schools for the occasional happening and so built up his experience. Once he heard that his old teacher at Winchester was about to retire, he was quick to apply for the job as the new teacher, because it was hard to make a living out of what he currently was doing.
