[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 300px; background-color: #000; padding:10px;] I'm dying for this~ TAG STEWARTBBY/WILL-I-AM "Happy twenty-first Lindsay," Lyric purred in the shorter girl's ear, embracing her quickly and stepping back to present the petite brunette with a small gift. "It's nothing big, but it reminded me of you," Underneath the pale pink tissue paper, and the even lighter bow, was a plain brown box. In that box was a simple silver chain, with a diamond-embellished heart charm attached. It had been no easy task to obtain, but for the occasion of a friend turning twenty-one, Lyric had managed to get the necklace for her usual price; free. "A toast to the birthday girl!" One of the blondes next to Lyric called out, holding a shot glass with a tan liquid halfway filling it. Lyric followed suit, grabbing two small glasses, quickly placing one into the Birthday Girl's hand, and thrusting her own into the air with a smile before downing it. Setting the empty glass down on the bar with a satisfying clink, Lyric bid farewell to the girl of the hour, and disapeared into the large crowd that had gathered for free drinks and half dressed girls. An hour and a half later, the door to Amnesia opened and the tall, slender blonde tumbled out, catching herself before she fell. The faint echoes of laughter and music poured out onto the street behind her. The girls had played every drinking game they could think of, and now Lyric was at a loss for stability or sensibility. Now which direction was home...? She took a few steps to the left, but changed her mind, heading the other way. In the dark, everything on the street looked the same. "Ohh-shit," Lyric began, before stumbling into a lamppost. Wrapping an arm around the pole, she fiddled with her phone, though all the keys were one glowing blur and it was growing increasingly difficult to do anything besides breathe and mutter profanities. She double tapped her call button, and hoping it had rang her best friend, placed it back to her ear. 'Eeeeyy, I'm out right now, call me back later, bitches... "Lacey, where are yooou?" She paused, blowing out a large breath, heavily. Probably with Angel. "Jen got trashed, so she can't gimme a ride home. I'm juss gonna walk. So like if I don't make it, you know, I'm dead." Sighing, Lyric hung up her phone, pushed the sleek electronic into her back pocket, and shoved away from the pole. Now that she'd had a moment to think, this side of the street looked daunting and unfamiliar. Shrugging slopily to herself, Lyric headed down the sidewalk, hoping it would end in front of the house she shared with her best friend. And if not...well, she didn't even bother to think about that.
